  • When will I receive my prize?
    Cash prizes are delivered after the event has concluded within 24 hours via payout method. Some prizes may have to be shipped such as items.
  • How early should I arrive in the lobby?
    Participants should arrive 10 mins before their match schedule time. Failure to arrive before the match schedule time will result in a automatic forfeit
  • How do I join a lobby?
    A match spectator will provide an invite code through the contact information you provide, based on the game.
  • What happens if a team member does not show up for a match?
    You can decide to continue the match or forfeit.
  • When is the registration deadline?
    Participants have 2 days to sign up before registration is closed.
  • How long will the tournament last?
    Online tournaments such a 8 team single elimination will last from 7 PM CT - 12 AM CT estimate.
  • How to change my registration information?
    Contact a staff member on Discord by Friday to update any details, such as information, contact details, or to add or remove a player.
  • How to withdraw from a tournament?
    Contact a staff member on Discord by Friday to withdraw and prevent forfeiture.
  • Am I allowed to sub in players?
    No subs are allowed anytime throughout the tournament.
